No-Refund Policy for Top-Ups

Policy Overview

All airtime and digital top-up sales are final and non-refundable once successfully processed. This policy exists because digital credit, once sent, cannot be retrieved from a recipient’s mobile network.

Exceptions

  • The transaction failed due to a system error, and funds were not applied to the recipient’s account.
  • The payment was charged but not delivered due to a verified network failure.

In such cases, a refund or re-credit will be processed within 5–10 business days after verification.

User Responsibility

  • Confirm the correct mobile number.
  • Ensure the carrier and country match the intended recipient.
  • Verify your payment method and amount.
